Relevant documents to be considered: Basic standards, as are AASHTO(M306), GOST3634, EN124,  and similar.

 The dimensional particulars refers to medium duty manhole covers of 80/125/150 kN or  25,000/(16,000…40,000) LBS  loading class – which are commonly casted by medium or high grade grey iron or medium grade ductile iron in compliance with loading class and pieces structure (plates/walls/reinforcements).

Hinges or locking devices are not subject of the Technical Report.

Measurements in metric or in English units must be considered apart.

Mechanical drawings in which the Technical Report consists – are considered as drafts, and there are provided as-is.

Dimensions which are not mentioned, no matter there are or not structural thickness of pieces, are not the subject of the Technical Report, mainly because each manufacturer is setting them as he considers properly.
